As a teacher my goal is to broaden the horizons of students by introducing them to new perspectives that transform their ways of thinking. Philosophy, as a method for questioning presuppositions and examining one’s beliefs, fosters this expansion of the mind by demanding critical reflection. To cultivate this spirit of learning, my pedagogical approach focuses on depth of inquiry in reading and writing assignments and active engagement in classroom discussion.
